To improve User Experience: By analyzing system configuration and error logs, we can fix bugs and optimize the App for different mobile device models and operating systems.
-
To request feedback: We may use your information to contact you for feedback on your experience or to inform you about new features that may benefit you.

-
Inactive Data: If the App is uninstalled or remains inactive for an extended period, the associated device identifiers and tokens are typically marked as invalid and are eventually deleted or anonymized by our third-party providers according to their internal cycles.

No Permanent Identity: Since we do not collect personal identities (like names or emails), we do not maintain a permanent database of users.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize such information. If this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store the information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures provided by our world-class service providers.
-
Third-Party Security: Since we do not store your information on our own servers, we rely on the industry-leading security infrastructures of Google (Firebase & AdMob) and OneSignal. These providers use advanced encryption, firewalls, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data during transmission and at rest.
-
Encryption in Transit: All data sent from the App to our service providers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols to prevent unauthorized access during the communication process.
-
Local Data Safety: Any preferences or settings saved via the App are stored within your device’s protected internal storage, which is isolated from other apps by the mobile operating system (Android/iOS).
-
Limitations: While we and our providers exercise high standards of security, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
